Accepted Ways of Payment
The site accepts payments by VISA and MasterCard bank cards.
Upon completing the order, the system will redirect you to the payment page, where you should enter all the requested bank card data.
You will be requested to provide some personal data to access the woom.az website and use the online payment system. E.g.: first and last name, date of birth, as well as contact and financial details.
Upon completing the online form, the appropriate funds will be withdrawn from your card, and a receipt of payment emailed to you. The payment will be processed by PashaBank and inserted into the invoice.
The purchased goods and the cost of their delivery should be paid in the manner specified in the order form. Under no circumstances will Seller deduct additional fees charged under certain conditions to receive payment.
Discount coupons can only be provided to you by the WOOM Flower Shop staff and used for online purchases.
Discount coupons may vary depending on the interest rate, validity period, as well as minimum and maximum price of purchase.

We reserve the right to remove all or any links to our website at any time at our sole discretion. You agree to immediately remove all links to our website, where appropriate.
We also reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions and the link policy. By continuing to link to our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Orders are delivered daily to the address and at the time specified by the buyer. WOOM Flower Shop will make every effort to ensure the delivery of the purchased goods to the buyer on time.
The cost of delivery is automatically calculated at the central post office together with the cost calculation provided to us by Azerpost as follows.
Distance up to 10 km – AZN 5
Distance from 10 to 25 km – AZN 7
Distance 25 km and more – AZN 10
Orders placed after 19:00 are delivered on the next (business) day.
If you are not satisfied with the product (except for the flowers), you have the right to exchange or return the product in the store or by courier in the manner prescribed by the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
Credit/Debit Card: The refund period may vary depending on the card emitting bank. Only the flowers purchased are non-refundable.
If your flower gift addressee does not accept your gift from our courier, the amount paid is not refunded.
The seller is not responsible for damage to the goods during transportation to the warehouse, as well as items forgotten in the goods returned or their packaging.
